To keep things interesting, Naomi received a letter from the sellers (complete with lawyerly letterheards) asking for an explanation as to why she didn't buy the house. The letter mentions that if she doesn't provide said explanation, the sellers will be forced to sue her for a breech of contract.
I'm thinking the agent didn't pass along the information that the house is currently an un-insurable fire-hazard.
On the plus (???) side, they are apparently trying to hold Naomi to a version of the contract that the agent never passed along to her.
Who says life isn't fair...
